Microbiologist (NCYC)

Maria is a Microbiologist within the NCYC team. Her duties include yeast cultures cultivation, stock management, and customer supply all-inclusive of good understanding of hygiene and quality standards.

Maria also deals with the confidential safe deposit service and assists with the maintenance, characterisation and quality control of the culture collection.

Her previous experience in commercial settings is valuable to NCYC to manage regular shipping of yeast cultures to customers around the world.
