Nutritional Information Solutions provides a service to calculate front and back of pack food labelling for food producers. Using information from recipes and ingredients the calculation method is a much cheaper alternative to laboratory analysis.
Nutritional Information Solutions (NIS) are a commercial division of the Quadram Institute Bioscience who have worked with food producers across the world for over 40 years. Our scientists in Food Databanks National Capability maintain the food composition datasets for the UK Government. This dataset is legally endorsed for use in calculating accurate labelling nutritional information required by legislation.
